General
All clients are required to clean up after their dogs, please be prepared with poop bags and take filled poop bags away from the training venue, we don’t have facilities to dispose of poop bags.
All dogs are to be kept onlead and under control at our training venues. This applies to the car park, grassed areas and in class, unless you are asked by an instructor to remove your dogs lead for a particular behaviour or activity.
We reserve the right to change the timing, dates, venue or instructor. We try to avoid this as much as possible, but sometimes this is unavoidable, particularly with changes in the weather or Coronavirus restrictions, meaning we may need to postpone a class or 1-2-1 session.
We will be sure to communicate this to you via email / text / social media updates, as soon as we are aware of necessary changes and will reschedule any classes missed due to weather or instructor illness.
Payment and Refund Policy
Full payment for classes or 1-2-1 training is made at the time of booking. Payment is made using bank transfer or PayPal.
