Hi, I’m Jo Pay. I started Standish Dog Trainer over 20 years ago and I’ve been a dog training professional for more than 30 years. I’m a dog trainer and consultant for Channel 4’s Bad Dog Academy.

I’m a KC Rally judge, a canine fitness instructor, as well as a qualified and accredited instructor for Agility and Hoopers. I’ve completed an Advanced Diploma with Distinction in Canine Behaviour Management with Compass Education. 

I’m also European Manager for Victoria Stilwell Positively Dog Training, as well as European Coordinator and Mentor and Faculty Advisor for Victoria Stilwell Academy.
