Jo is a Victoria Stilwell approved dog trainer, a member of the Kennel Club Approved Instructor scheme working towards accreditation, a qualified Agility Instructor and has qualified as an Associate Member of the Animal Care College.

Jo has completed the Higher Certificate of Cynology achieving a distinction and is now a member of the Institute of Animal Care and Education.

Jo has recently attended seminars with some of the worlds leading experts in the field of dog training including Dr Ian Dunbar, Turid Rugaas and John Rogerson covering dog aggression, canine body language, canine calming signals, the affects that stress has on our dogs, dog/owner relationships, choosing your puppy, communication with your dog, advanced training and role of the dog training instructor.
