Standish Dog Trainer is owned and run by Jo Pay.
At Standish Dog Trainer we can give you help with all aspects of training your dog, from housetraining and chewing to walking on a loose lead and coming back when called. We deal with behavioural problems including stealing, antisocial behaviour, barking and aggression.We can even give you advice and assistance with all of the choices to be made before you get your puppy, including what breed of dog will be most appropriate for your lifestyle.
Providing 1-2-1 dog training, dog training classes in Standish on Saturday mornings covering socialisation and basic obedience. Also Talking Dogs Rally on a Saturday morning, Tuesday morning and a Wednesday evening, Puppy Parties on a Thursday evening and Dog Agility on a Sunday evening.
With gentle reward based training methods, consistency, patience and determination, there is no problem that we cannot help you with. We don’t use any gimmicks, we do use scientifically proven methods of dog training. Jo is a member of the Victoria Stilwell’s Positively network of trainers and is working towards accreditation with the Kennel Club. All members of the Standish Dog Trainer team are properly qualified and continue to expand their own qualifications.
